What we collect, and why

When you send our enquiry form (or call or email us), we receive the details you choose to share — typically your name, phone number, email address, postcode and a description of the work you're interested in.

We use those details for one thing: responding to your enquiry and, if you'd like one, arranging a survey and preparing your quote. That's our legitimate interest in responding to a request you made.

What we don't do

• We don't sell or share your details with third parties for marketing.
• We don't add you to mailing lists you didn't ask for.
• This website doesn't set cookies and doesn't run analytics or tracking scripts.

How long we keep your details

Only as long as we need them to deal with your enquiry and any work that follows from it, or as long as the law requires us to keep records (for example, invoices and guarantee or certification paperwork).

Your rights

You can ask us at any time what details we hold about you, ask us to correct them, or ask us to delete them. Just call or email using the details above. If you're unhappy with how we've handled your data, you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ico.org.uk).
