Questions we're often asked
Do you use subcontractors?
No — never. The surveyor who measures up and the fitters who install your windows are all S.E.A people. One team, one name on the van, one company accountable for the whole job.
Can I really visit the factory?
Yes, and we'd encourage it. We manufacture at Unit 1A, North Street — five minutes from Reading town centre. Call ahead and we'll happily show you frames being made.
Are you FENSA registered?
We are. Qualifying installations are certified, so you get the paperwork your solicitor will ask for if you ever sell your home.
What happens after I enquire?
We'll have a quick chat about what you need, then arrange a free survey at a time that suits. You'll get a clear written quote — and no follow-up pestering.
